HIGH VACUUM GAUGE

  • The principle of Penning Vacuum Gauge is that it is installed in the vacuum chamber. By applying a high voltage to the electrode of the sensor to generate a discharge, the ion current By measuring the amount of change and applying a magnetic field, the amount of ions generated is maximized.
  • Disassembly and cleaning are easy when the sensor is contaminated.
  • I used a 12bit ADC to improve the precision for the Sensor.
  • SMPS (Switching Mode Power Supply) type has improved voltage stability and reliability.
  • The high voltage part of the sensor is treated as a high voltage BNC type connector to prevent high voltage leakage.
